Perspective General Contractors:

GC’s inquiring about bid procedures on any Oxford Development Company (ODC) Hotel Project need to forward a complete Qualification Package along with Financial Documentation (AIA DOC A305 preferred) to the address below:

Oxford will not review packages without financial information.

Review Process

Following the receipt of the fully completed Qualification Package, ODC will:

·         Review the Qualification Package

·         Select qualified candidates for interview

·         Place qualified GC’s on ODC’s approved hospitality list

(This does not guarantee an invitation to bid on projects)

·         Select individual GC’s from approved list for bidding

·         Provide additional bid procedures within an invitation letter

 

 

Sub Contractors:

Once Plan Holder list has been posted please contact those listed, ODC will not accept direct bids from Sub Contractors

FF&E Suppliers:

Must be a Per-Approved Hyatt vendor for Select services Hotels

ODC will post the purchasing agent once selected
